Returns

You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cosmetics, skincare, or personal care products.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
